The person in this role is responsible for coordinating the setup and teardown of the camp infrastructure on-site. This role requires work at the beginning and end of the event. The Setup Foreman must be present for both early arrival and teardown.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the major pieces of the camp’s infrastructure and how to assemble them.
- Coordinate with the Layout Planner and determine a priority ordering for setup and teardown.
- Coordinate with the Dusty Trucker and Seattle Driver to determine packing and unpacking orders.
- Organize teams on-site to follow the setup and teardown plans.
